The Lysenko Bitterness dietary supplement is made on the basis of poultry bile and is intended for consumption as a dietary supplement to the diet, as an additional source of bile acids.
"Bitterness Lysenko" is produced in the form of liquid, powder, tablets, granules, capsules and is recommended for the use of certain categories of the population to increase the absorption of nutrients by the body during food intake, as well as to prevent the occurrence of gallstone, urolithiasis, prostate disease glands, increased cholesterol levels, with disorders of the liver, biliary tract, gastrointestinal path.
The author and manufacturer (patents No. 92984 No. 47113 PE Lysenko A.A.) were additionally provided the following results of studies on the toxicity of poultry bile, calculations and rationale for dosing various forms additives.
Based on the toxicity study of chicken, duck, goose bile, which were carried out on white mice and setting up a biological test on rabbits DSTU 3570-37 in the Odessa region and the state laboratory of veterinary medicine (conclusions of studies on examinations No. 381016315 dated December 18, 2009 and No. 3532163726380 dated December 01, 2009) and in accordance with the Conclusion of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological examination at the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine, the State Enterprise "Scientific Center preventive toxicology, food and chemical safety named after Academician L.I. Bear Ministry health care of Ukraine (conclusion dated 09/30/2014 № 05.03.02-0460194), with a certain dosage of bile at home birds - no toxicity was found, which allows the use of bile as a raw material for the manufacture of dietary supplements "Bitterness of Lysenko".

The production technology of the Lysenko Bitterness dietary supplement fully provides for deprivation toxicity of the drug.
As a result of laboratory studies on drying chicken bile, data were obtained that that of 100 ml. chicken bile is formed 21.25 gr. dry product. In 1 ml. dietary supplements "Bitterness Lysenko" contains 44 drops, that is, the content of chicken bile in ml. the finished product is 0.05 gr. Thus, when a single intake of the liquid form of the Lysenko Bitterness dietary supplement, the daily dose (30-40 drops) is in terms of dry matter, not more than 50 mg. chicken bile.
In one sachet of dietary supplement "Bitterness Lysenko "in the form of a powder contains 50 ml. dry chicken bile and 450 ml. glucose. Recommended daily dose - 1 (one) sachet, i.e. 50 ml. dried chicken bile.
One tablet of Bitterness Dietary Supplement Lysenko" contains 50 mg. dry chicken bile, the rest are excipients. Recommended daily dose 1 (one) tablet, i.e. 50 mg. dry chicken bile.
When using the dietary supplement "Bitterness Lysenko" in the form of granules, the dose is 7 (seven) granules once a day. One granule contains about 2.3 ml. dry chicken bile other excipients. That is, the daily dose is about 50 ml. dry chicken bile.

One ​​capsule of the Lysenko Bitterness dietary supplement contains 50 (fifty) ml. dry chicken bile the rest are auxiliary substances. The recommended dose is 1 (one) capsule, i.e. 50 (fifty) ml. dry chicken bile.
When comparing the daily dosing of combined preparations of animal origin, approved for use by the Pharmacological Committee of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Allohol and Cholenzym (coated tablets) with The recommended daily dose of the Lysenko Bitterness dietary supplement, the following can be noted:
- allochol (the content of dry animal bile in 1 (one) tablet is 80 mg.), It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets 3-4 times a day day for 3-4 weeks
- cholenzym (dry bile content in 1 (one) tablet - 100 mg), recommended take one (1) tablet 1-3 times daily for 3-4 weeks.
Thus the recommended dosage dietary supplements "Bitterness Lysenko" does not exceed the daily doses of similar drugs allowed for use Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
To me, a candidate of medical sciences, a doctor of the highest category (practitioner) - Batsevich Vladislav Anatolyevich, had to observe how the Lysenko Bitterness dietary supplement works in practice and for its therapeutic and prophylactic positive properties in cholelithiasis on the presented samples in in the form of drops, granules, tablets, powder, capsules.
Cholelithiasis (cholelithia, bile) is the disease thatit occurs as a result of the formation of stones in the gallbladder.

Stone formation is a staged process with periods of active growth and remission in the bile ducts. AT the basis of the disease is a violation of the metabolism of cholesterol and bile acids, the composition of bile and functional activity gallbladder. Currently, gallstone disease is a fairly common disease. Known several factors contributing to the development of this pathology. Often, gallstone disease develops in result of excessive secretion of cholesterol, gallstones have a crystalline structure and are formed by precipitation both normal and pathological components of bile, its stagnation in the ducts and gallbladder. Besides, infection is a predisposing factor in attention to the occurrence of a disease such as gallstone disease and inflammation of the gallbladder.
The presence and formation of urinary stones, a characteristic sign of urolithiasis. The formation of stones begins when the urine is supersaturated with insoluble components due to intense excretion or the influence of factors that reduce solubility. Calcium stones make up 75%, struvite (magnesium ammonium phosphate) - 15%, from uric acid - 5%, from cystine - 1%, which is determined by the nature of metabolic disorders.
The presence of stones in the renal pelvis can be asymptomatic or cause hematuria, in any department urinary tract obstruction may develop. When the stones move, colicky migratory pain occurs and hematuria. Possible urinary tract infection or obstruction. Coral calculi are accompanied recurrent urinary tract infection.
When using the dietary supplement "Bitterness Lysenko" were observed 30 (thirty) persons suffering from urolithiasis (UCD) and cholelithiasis (GCS). These individuals have been informed about the quality of the Lysenko Bitterness dietary supplement as a source of bile acids for the period of nutrition and are divided into groups:
The first group of seven people took the dietary supplement "Bitterness Lysenko" in the form of drops, the second - of five people in the form of a powder, the third of seven people in the form of tablets, the fourth of five people in the form of granules, the fifth group of six in the form of capsules.
The intake regimen was as follows: one teaspoon per thirty minutes before dinner:
- in the form of a liquid, 30-40 drops once a day, previously dissolved with water;
- in the form of a powder, one sachet (0.5 gr.) per day
- in the form of tablets, one tablet per day
- in the form granules 7-10 granules three times a day
- in the form of capsules, one capsule a day.
The course of medication was one month.

The plan for examining patients before the start of the experiment included general, biochemical analyzes blood, urinalysis, ultrasound.

The presence of stones in the pelvicalyceal system was confirmed by ultrasound.
Results conducted studies indicate the following:
- increase in ESR, shift of the leukocyte formula to the left in general blood tests indicate the presence of an inflammatory process;
- an increase in ALT levels indicates impaired liver function
- an increase in bilirubin due to the direct fraction indicates obturation (stones).
Thirty days later, at the control ultrasound examination, patients of all groups had the following was revealed, in twenty-one people there was a complete resorption of calculi, in seven - there was partial resorption of calculi, in two - no change.
Absence of symptoms of bile and urolithiasis disease was observed in all patients. Improvement in well-being, absence of pain, improvement in general condition was noted. Also, normalization of the biochemical blood test (table No. 1) and general urinalysis (table No. 2) was noted.

Thus, after conducting observations on the use of the Lysenko Bitterness dietary supplement as therapeutic and prophylactic agent for cholelithiasis, the following conclusions can be drawn:

1. Dietary supplement "Bitterness Lysenko" is a fairly effective therapeutic and prophylacticremedy for cholelithiasis, prostate diseases, increased cholesterol levels;
2. dietary supplement "Bitterness Lysenko" does not have a negative impact on other organs and systems of the human body and does not cause allergies and is an effective tool as an additional source of bile acids in order to improve functional state of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, gallbladder, kidneys, prostate, lowering cholesterol levels and improving the body's metabolism;
3. Variety of assortment of dietary supplements "Bitterness Lysenko" allows the patient to choose the form of the drug (drops, powder, tablets, granules or capsules), the most suitable organism and suits him,
4. Contraindication for taking a dietary supplement "Bitterness Lysenko" is an increase in personal sensitivity to the components;
5. Administer dietary supplements to patients supplement "Bitterness Lysenko" is possible after consultation with a doctor.
